Our Commitment
As your eye care provider we are committed to excellence in eye care for all and to supply quality eye wear which is appropriate to your needs.
Warranties
We provide a warranty on all prescription spectacles, sunglasses and contact lenses supplied by us as defined by the frame and lens manufacturers. These warranties are typically greater than 6 months for frames.
It can take up to ten days for your vision to settle into a revised prescription or a new pair of spectacles. However, should you experience any problems with your spectacles, please call back within two months of your purchase, and we will be happy to rectify any problems
Cancellation
Please note that prescription spectacles, sunglasses and contact lenses, once ordered, cannot be changed or cancelled as they are made “for your eyes only” and cannot be returned to the manufacturers.
Outside Suppliers
It is often more difficult to resolve any problems you have when prescribing and supply are separated. Due to the varying quality of external suppliers we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for the resultant vision if made elsewhere.
